International courier shipping $25.00

We aim to dispatch orders on the same or next business day or at the longest up to 7 business days. (Keeping in mind we are a small family business and will do our best to get it out sooner.)

We take no responsibility for orders that get lost in the post.Please check you have supplied us with the correct address before submitting your order.

Our Freight prices do not inlcude local import duties and taxes, these are responsibility of the buyer.

Orders that include a pre order will not be split up for shipping. The entire order will be shipped when the pre order items arrive.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For change of mind purchases or incorrect sizes, an exchange only will apply.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and an exchanged products will only be sent once return postage has been paid.

Please note : Returns are not valid for sale items. Returns are not valid or accepted on discounted items via a supplied discount code.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with tags still attached, and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging, unopened where applicable.

To complete your return, you may be asked to provide a proof of purchase.
Please Note that Sale items are unavailable to be returned.

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds

We do not refund for any change of mind purchases. As per consumer affairs and under the fair trade authority, we can only offer an exchange or credit for any change of mind orders.

If your item has a fault and is by no fault of your own, please email us at sales@trate.com.au to advise us and obtain a return address. All of our items are inspected thoroughly prior to leaving us, but if the unfortunate event occurs, we will happily exchange or refund at our discretion.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon inspection, we will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. When approved, a refund will be processed within 24 hours via the original payment method you used for your order, or ultimately a credit for an exchange will be issued.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

No sale items can be returned for an exchange or credit. Please select wisely.
